I’m a full-stack engineer and technical associate based in Surabaya, Indonesia, specializing in React, Next.js, automation, and systems documentation. Currently, I’m building reliable internal tools and client systems at Eterna Indonesia.

About Me

Hello! I’m Charlene, an IT undergraduate at Ciputra University specializing in Information Systems for Business — Data Science. I love building things that live on the internet, from clean front-ends to the automation pipelines running quietly behind them.

My interest in web development really took off after I joined a Taiwan-based vocational IT program on a government scholarship. Since then, I’ve had the privilege of working remotely across four countries — building full-stack features at Eterna, integrating AI APIs at Webstartiom, training language models at Outlier AI, and assisting university lectures back home.

I’m fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, conversational in Mandarin, and most comfortable when I’m turning messy workflows into clean, documented systems.

Full-Stack Engineer & Documentation Lead @ Eterna

October 2025 — Present · Remote
  • Authored end-to-end system documentation for the Merdeka client project, covering architecture design, DevOps pipelines, QA processes, and full-stack workflows to ensure knowledge continuity.
  • Contributed to DevOps operations including CI/CD pipeline configuration, environment setup, and deployment management to support reliable release cycles.
  • Built and executed QA test plans and bug-tracking workflows, performing functional and regression testing across development and staging environments.
  • Shipped full-stack features using Next.js and React, while designing automation workflows with n8n and Google Apps Script to streamline internal operations.

Electroplating Data & Machine Operator @ INPAQ Technology

  • Recorded and maintained daily data of all items processed in the electroplating department, including weights before and after plating.
  • Managed and monitored electroplating machines, ensuring proper operation and adherence to production schedules.
  • Conducted routine chemical level checks on plating baths following company and industry standards.
  • Identified irregularities in machine performance or chemical levels and reported them promptly.
